Darcy Lalonde brings a wealth of global and local experience to his role as Chairman of Figari. With a keen focus on delivering high-quality outcomes driven by capital, people, processes, and profitability, Darcy has been an international entrepreneur based in Asia Pacific and Canada over the last 25 years. Starting, building and enabling growth and profitable businesses with very high employee and client satisfaction is his reputation!

Darcy has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s success with co-founder and CEO, Chris Butt, since 2012. The strong partnership with Darcy, Chris and Saffelberg Investments reflects the enduring commitment to the company’s strategic vision and passionate partnerships in the industry.

A dynamic leader based in Manila with a passion for sustainability, Jen leads with an unwavering commitment to creating innovative workspaces that foster creativity and efficiency. As the VP for Client Services, she brings a wealth of expertise to her role at Figari. Her extensive background encompasses commercial leasing, facilities management, business development, sales, and marketing, making her a well-rounded leader in the industry.

She spearheads various critical initiatives, including business development for new sites, locations, and projects. She plays a pivotal role in contract negotiations with landlords and developers, securing prime locations for Figari Facilities. Jen is instrumental in managing all sales and marketing activities, driving Figari’s growth.

Angela’s leadership and strategic vision have played a pivotal role in Figari’s growth. As Figari’s VP for Operations based in Manila, she is a dynamic leader with a robust background in overseeing Figari facilities and spearheading the Construction business unit. Her extensive experience and expertise in project management and cost efficiency enhance the strength of the Construction team.

With over 8 years of experience as a seasoned Head of Construction, Angela boasts a proven track record of excellence in delivering exceptional results across a spectrum of construction projects, ranging from small to large-scale endeavors. Her expertise encompasses comprehensive project management, from the initial design and budgeting stages through to construction completion.

Jouni Leskinen, leads the FigariTech line of business which is focused on Managed Services, Information technology and insfrastructure setup and management. With a wealth of experience in servicing global firms and steering their diverse service based technology solutions. Since joining Figari in 2017, Jouni has played a pivotal role in elevating the company to the forefront of its industry.

Jouni’s forward-thinking approach and dedication to pushing boundaries make him a driving force in Figari’s journey. He remains at the forefront of technological advancements, positioning Figari as a competitive leader in the industry. With a proven track record in prominent managed service and technology companies, Jouni brings expertise in service management, system administration, service delivery management, process improvement, and engineering, making him an invaluable asset to Figari’s ongoing success.

Alvin, a veteran with 30 years of IT and Managed Services experience, brings unmatched professionalism cultivated in top-tier multinational environments. His expertise encompasses end-to-end IT system management, Managed Services, collaborative project leadership, and effective communication to all levels.

Alvin is a versatile learner, adept problem solver, and analytical thinker under pressure. His results-driven nature, coupled with creative problem-solving, shines through. Beyond the technical realm, Alvin is a multitalented manager, artist, musician, and athlete, embodying integrity, resourcefulness, creativity, diligence, reliability, teamwork, punctuality, and assertiveness in his work.

With a diverse background in accountancy and finance, Louise shapes and manages Figari’s financial identity. His creative leadership has helped establish Figari as a recognized and trusted industry innovator. Being the Chief Financial Officer of Figari, Louise leads the Finance team and provides the financial backbone for all of Figari’s diverse business activities across the entire group.

Louise is a Chartered Accountant professional leading the preparation of forecasted financial statements and providing insightful reports and recommendations to Top Management and the Board of Directors. His strategic vision extends to managing budget development, setting short and long-term financial goals, and overseeing comprehensive financial reporting. His commitment to safeguarding company information and managing disclosure further exemplifies his role as a trusted steward of Figari’s financial well-being.

Ruby Macaraeg, head of the Human Resources Team at Figari, brings a remarkable wealth of experience and expertise to her role. With over two decades of distinguished service as a human resources professional, Ruby’s journey began in training and development, setting a strong foundation for her career. She has since evolved into a versatile HR leader, with in-depth knowledge spanning talent management, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, communication, engagement, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.

Ruby’s global multinational experience spans diverse industries, including semiconductor and electronics, consulting, BPO, IT, and high technology sectors. She is also a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) conferred by the International Federation of Professional Managers, UK. Ruby’s journey with Figari commenced in 2022, where her invaluable experiences in leading and managing the People division have made a transformative impact.
